Generates reports and analyses to support decision-making Ecolab is seeking a **Sr Procurement Representative - Primary Logistics Purchasing** **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain, or expected to graduate soon. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in master data transactions, procurement, shared services, finance, or supply chain. * Advanced knowledge of SAP. * Fluency in English, advanced level. * Intermediate knowledge of Power BI. * Basic Portuguese proficiency (Desirable) **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct strategic procurement for the supply chain (domestic transportation, warehousing, and logistics equipment (pallets)). * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal purchasing terms. * Manage route negotiations, pricing, and full price breakdown (variable vs. fixed components). * Manage stakeholders and Supplier Relationship Management. * Generate procurement reports and analyses to support decision-making. **Attributes:** * Demonstrated clear communication skills and strong presentation abilities. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs and processes. * Understanding of Procure-to-Payment procedures, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payments. * Strong work ethic and high level of integrity. * Good organizational and time management skills. Location: Santa Fe Cuajimalpa, Mexico City.
