A reputable company specializing in industrial maintenance is seeking: **"PROCUREMENT MANAGER"** We seek a leader capable of managing and optimizing the procurement process for equipment, materials, and services related to elevators, escalators, HVAC systems, and electromechanical services—ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, competitive costs, and timely availability for company projects. **Responsibilities:** * Define procurement policies and strategies focused on electrical, electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical equipment, aligned with organizational objectives. * Analyze market trends and identify, evaluate, and negotiate with specialized suppliers in the electromechanical sector (national and international), monitoring their performance through quality indicators, delivery times, and adherence to technical specifications. * Establish contracts and service agreements with manufacturers and distributors of elevators, escalators, and HVAC systems. * Implement cost-saving and cost-optimization strategies without compromising quality. * Manage procurement of critical inputs such as spare parts, electrical panels, HVAC systems, lifting equipment, instrumentation, and installation materials. * Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, delivery timelines, warranties, and service-level agreements. * Coordinate with project, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure proper planning of requirements. * Prepare and supervise the procurement department’s budgetary control, pursuing efficiency and cost reduction without affecting quality. * Implement performance indicators (KPIs) such as savings, on-time delivery, supplier quality, and procurement cycle time. * Manage tendering, quotation, and technical contract award processes. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (quality, industrial safety, and technical standards). * Manage strategic inventories of critical spare parts in coordination with the warehouse. * Supervise the full procurement cycle: requisition, quotation, negotiation, purchase order, and receipt. * Implement procurement control and traceability systems. * Collaborate with logistics to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries. * Comply with internal company policies, safety standards, and established maintenance procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, including procurement of spare parts and tools. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to travel (occasionally). * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits.
