




Job Summary: Hospital San Angel Inn HMG is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to manage orders, liaise with suppliers, and update the internal system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tracking purchase orders from various departments 2. Direct communication with suppliers for material delivery 3. Updating supplies and materials in the internal system “HOSPITAL SAN ANGEL INN HMG” Invites you to join its team as: “Purchasing Assistant for Hospital” REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred or currently completing final year. * Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a purchasing or procurement assistant handling material and supply purchases (hospital experience preferred). * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Track purchase orders issued by various departments. * Communicate directly with suppliers regarding material delivery. * Review invoices and monitor order status. * Maintain close communication with different hospital departments. Update acquired supplies and materials in the internal system. * Perform other administrative tasks related to the service.
