Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead the planning, negotiation, and execution of domestic and international procurement, overseeing the entire process from receipt to delivery, developing suppliers, and managing import procedures. Negotiate credit terms and manage import procedures Company dedicated to the sale of bicycles, motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories with over 50 years in the market. Position: Procurement Director Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday What Are We Looking For? * Age: 45–55 years * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field * Language: Advanced English * Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, including at least 3 years in a managerial position * SAP B1 proficiency (preferred) * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills * Familiarity with AI tools, Excel, planning, and MRP * Knowledge of import and export processes What Will Be Your Responsibilities? * Lead the planning, negotiation, and execution of domestic and international procurement, ensuring competitive costs and regulatory compliance * Supervise and coordinate the entire procurement process * Handle purchase requests from receipt through product delivery * Check inventory levels to ensure necessary purchases for the organization * Identify and develop new suppliers * Negotiate credit terms with suppliers * Establish contact with foreign suppliers for purchasing and order tracking abroad * Manage customs procedures and regulations related to imports * Transportation costs (maritime, air, and land) * Consolidation of imported goods * Calculation of cargo volume (cubic measurements) * Import regulations Competencies: * Work quality * Strategic negotiation * Initiative * Results orientation * Problem solving * Teamwork * Effective communication * Analytical thinking * Responsible; honest, punctual, organized Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Workplace: On-site employment
