Location: Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México. **Job Requirements** * University degree. Bachelor's in International Relations or Economics and Administration. * Intermediate-level knowledge of SAE invoicing. * Experience in customs, imports, customs brokerage, and intermediate-level electronic invoicing. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Excel. * Teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Review foreign supplier invoices for cross-checking with customs brokers. * Request and track import operations. * Submit foreign supplier invoices and On Hand documentation for the import process. * Submit material information for cross-checking. * Validate inventory stock levels to fulfill orders when stock is unavailable. * Process orders with domestic or foreign suppliers, monitor delivery status, and receive materials upon arrival. * Perform material transfers between warehouses as required. * Enter and update products, customers, suppliers, and material information into the SAE system. * Maintain pending and closed order files. * Track and update internal FLOKSU system. **Additional Benefits and Perks**  Permanent employment.  Full-time schedule.  On-site work mode.  Statutory benefits.  Grocery vouchers.  Quarterly bonus.
