Support in technical, legal, administrative, and financial documentation A private security company is seeking a **TENDER ANALYST** Work location: Paseos del Pedregal (behind the CU Stadium) Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM Monthly net salary: $13,000 to $15,000 Responsibilities: * Operation of the COMPRAS MX system * Solid knowledge of public and private tenders (searching for, and preparing state and government tender announcements) * Contract management, proposal preparation and review * Supplier registration * Supporting the preparation of technical, legal, administrative, and financial documentation * Attending government agencies and/or authorities for document submission and/or receipt * Following up on supplier requirements for their technical files and quotations (letters, forms, certificates) * Preparing files for digital or physical folders and ensuring they are ready for upload to official portals * Guarantee bond management * Review of minutes XXXXXXX from start to finish * Administrative support to directors and managers Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
