




CIVIR, an Information Technology company with 12 years of operations in Spain and 6 in Mexico, is seeking a Junior Technical Support Analyst to work onsite with one of our clients. **Education:** \-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or related field. \-At least 6 months of experience in technical support. \-Availability for full-time, onsite work. **Knowledge:** \-Proficiency in using ticketing systems. \-Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and other technological devices. \-General theoretical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and other technological devices (laptops/desktops, input/output peripherals, etc.). \-General theoretical knowledge of configuring operating systems for computers, mobile phones, and tablets (Windows, Unix-Mac OS X, Linux, Android, and iOS). \-Installation and configuration of desktop applications (office suites, web browsers, media players, etc.). \-Knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting printers across various operating systems. \-Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting office suite applications and web browsers. **Responsibilities:** Assist users in resolving issues related to computer usage, mobile devices, and peripheral devices.
