Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst (Help Desk) to provide user support, corporate application support, and IT administration for a growing e-commerce company. We are a growing company committed to innovation, e-commerce, and excellence in the shopping experience.** **We are looking for:** **IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT / HELP DESK SUPPORT ANALYST** Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote) * Support corporate applications * Account and Active Directory administration * Software license management * Support ticket handling and follow-up * Videoconferencing support * Incident and solution documentation * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, or technical program in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Experience: 2 years in technical support Knowledge in: * Basic networking (LAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) * Windows operating systems * Computer equipment maintenance * Data backups * Basic enterprise antivirus administration * Microsoft Office * Preferred: basic programming knowledge **Work Location:** Torre Polanco, Deleg.
