




Position Summary: Technical Leader responsible for technical analysis, system integration, and end-to-end (E2E) software design, ensuring quality and technological strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Development of technological strategy **Technical Leader** **Hybrid role in CDMX (primarily remote)** **Extensive banking experience REQUIRED** * Responsible for delivering technical analysis and system integration, detailing definitions with other applications involving direct interaction * Collaborates with the Solution Analyst to ensure the team understands user requirements * Provides necessary information while considering identified Information Security requirements * Designs software with an end-to-end (E2E) solution perspective, aligning with Solution Analysts from conception through production deployment and feature delivery to the customer * Ensures interaction with the design of other applications participating in features within Confluence * Ensures adherence to technical quality standards for features executed on Confluence sites * Develops the technological strategy based on the BoW as well as application requirements (CSIs S016, S264, and S500\) in Jira * Documents and incorporates design diagrams (e.g., relationship diagrams, component diagrams), specifying communication and security protocols according to the technology stack, and links them to backlog items in JIRA * Decomposes Product Backlog functionalities aligned with the identified technical solution together with the Product Owner and Solution Analyst in JIRA * Refines and updates Epics and User Stories in the Product Backlog technically together with the Product Owner, Solution Analyst, and Developers when required and as part of Sprint events * Addresses specific questions from the team to ensure understanding of proposed technological functionalities and their correct operation * During feature planning, execution, and release, synchronizes with the team, considering application interactions documented in generated documentation * Identifies and makes visible blockers/dependencies and technical constraints both within and outside the team, seeking resolution in coordination with other technical roles * Works with the QA Lead to ensure alignment and documentation of the technical solution and test strategy (JIRA, Confluence) * Tools * Jira, Confluence, diagramming tools, ServiceNow, AML, KYC **Extensive banking experience REQUIRED**
