We require: **Systems Analyst** **Profile:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field **(Degree holder)** * Experience: 1 year in a similar position at companies with over 100 computer users. * Skills: communication, problem-solving, teamwork, negotiation, analytical thinking, proactive attitude. * Proficiency in ERP databases **(Mandatory)** **Responsibilities:** * Installation and maintenance of internet/intranet networks and fixed/remote access points. * User support, internal customer service, and access control management. * Programming in ERP and WMS systems to diagnose and resolve failures / implement structural changes based on client requirements. * Identification of system and application faults: diagnosing hardware and software malfunctions. * Implementation and guidance in deploying new applications or operating systems.
