Job Summary: GRUPO MX is seeking a Junior Revenue Analyst to monitor key performance indicators, manage rates, develop demand forecasts, and analyze competition within the hospitality industry. Join the great **MX Family** as: **Junior Revenue Analyst (Corporate GRUPO MX)**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Data Analysis and Reporting: Continuously monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) to evaluate performance across your assigned portfolio of properties (hotels). * Rate Management: Adjust pricing and availability in real time across various sales channels, including OTAs and booking engines. * Forecasting: Develop short- and long-term demand projections to anticipate peak and off-peak seasons and adjust commercial strategies accordingly. * Market Strategy: Analyze competitor behavior to ensure that rates for your assigned portfolio of properties remain competitive yet profitable. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Revenue Analyst \- Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry. * Proficient database handling (Excel at intermediate \- advanced level). * Practical knowledge of hotel systems: PMS (Property Management Systems such as Opera) and RMS (Revenue Management Systems such as IDeaS, Duetto, or PriceLabs). * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively. * Strong focus on detail, accuracy in rate loading, and review of key performance indicators (KPIs). **We Offer:** ✅ Net weekly salary ranging from $3,150 to $3,350, tax-free.
