Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of Quality Management Systems, process standardization, and support to staff. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking and closure of complaints, corrective and preventive actions. 2. Standardization of processes and activities. 3. Continuous review of services for improvements. We are a leading company in our industry, headquartered in Toluca de Lerdo, State of Mexico, specializing in Consulting and Verification services. **WE ARE SEEKING: QUALITY ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Systems, Chemistry, or related field. * 1 year of experience in Quality Management Systems. * Internal and external audits. * STPS regulations. * ISO 9000, 9001 standards. * Risk analysis. * Valid driver's license. * Personal vehicle. **Job Responsibilities** Monitor compliance with QMS guidelines. Track and close complaints, corrective and preventive actions, and root cause analysis. Monitor quality objectives. Standardize processes and activities within the department and across other departments in collaboration with respective responsible parties. Continuously review services and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Track QMS compliance. Work Schedule Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30 hrs. Saturday: 09:00 \- 13:00, with rotating Saturday shifts.
