Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Support Analyst / Agent to prepare reports, maintain files, and provide technical support for computing equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational file creation and maintenance 2. Support in productivity data analysis 3. Technical support and preparation of computing equipment Alvos is looking for an Operational Support Analyst / Agent. Requirements: * Intermediate Excel skills (data cross-referencing, nested formulas). * Intermediate SQL knowledge for data extraction and handling. * Power Query and/or Power BI preferred. * Basic technical support knowledge for computing equipment. * Familiarity with APIs and basic Python knowledge (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Report preparation and extraction from databases. * Creation and maintenance of operational Excel files, integrating information from various sources. * Support in productivity data analysis for operational decision-making. * Technical support and preparation of computing equipment for the operations team, as well as incident resolution. * Monitoring and support for adjustments to operational processes and files. **We Offer:** * Gross base salary: $14,000 * Statutory benefits \+ Grocery vouchers Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
