Company: SIS Technologies Position: Monitoring Analyst At SIS Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and committed Monitoring Analyst to join our team. As a Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling our fleet units via GPS, providing customer service, and establishing effective communication with operators. Responsibilities: * Monitor and track our fleet units via GPS to ensure compliance with established objectives and goals. * Efficiently and professionally address our customers’ needs and inquiries, delivering exceptional service. * Establish clear and effective communication with operators to coordinate and resolve any incidents that may arise during operations. * Be multifunctional and capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while consistently maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. * Generate reports and summaries containing relevant data on fleet unit monitoring and performance. Requirements: * Prior experience in GPS-based fleet unit monitoring or similar roles such as Call Center. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to solve problems and deliver effective solutions. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to establish effective communication with both the operations team and our customers. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Organized, methodical, and capable of efficiently managing time and available resources. * Basic knowledge of monitoring systems and GPS technology.
