Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, coordinating, and validating inventory movements, ensuring proper rotation and traceability in warehouses. Key Highlights: 1. Material flow coordination and KPI generation. **Inventory Analyst** **Job Requirements:** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · **Experience:** 2–3 years of inventory control experience in warehouses within the food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industry (preferred). **Knowledge:** o ERP system proficiency (NETSUITE, SAP, or similar preferred). o Inventory control methodologies (FIFO, FEFO). o Batch and expiry date management. o Applicable regulations (cGMP, sanitary NOMs). o Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. **Responsibilities** · Conduct inventory counts. · Identify detected variances. · Ensure compliance with cyclic counting procedures. · Monitor shrinkage levels. · Ensure inventory rotation. · Report raw materials approaching or past expiry. · Ensure traceability in fulfilled orders. **Responsibilities:** · Control and validate inventory movements (receipts, issuances, transfers, adjustments). · Execute and coordinate cyclic and physical counts of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. · Analyze inventory variances and generate root-cause reports. · Ensure accurate ERP system entries (additions, deletions, consumption). · Track deviations and propose corrective actions. · Validate proper inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO). · Monitor inventory levels and alert on stockouts or overstock situations. · Control expiry dates and batches, especially for food and cosmetic products. · Support internal and external audits. · Coordinate and ensure appropriate material flow with production, quality, and procurement departments. · Validate correct material integration into formulas or bills of materials (BOM). · Generate inventory-related KPIs.
