Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior ERP Functional Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, and adoption of an ERP system, ensuring its proper operation and alignment with business processes. We are a growing company that invests in innovation, e-commerce, and excellence in the customer shopping experience.** **We require** **JUNIOR ERP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT)** You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and adoption of an ERP system within the organization, ensuring its proper operation and alignment with business processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Gather and map accounting, administrative, and payroll processes. * Configure ERP modules (Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Procurement, Operations). * Coordinate with technical teams (development, database, infrastructure). * Manage system requirements, incidents, and enhancements. * Document processes, configurations, and functional changes. * Train key users (Key Users) and provide support during go-live. * Monitor post-implementation progress to ensure system adoption. * Analyze processes and propose continuous improvements. * Explore automation and artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles or ERP implementation. * Knowledge of administrative, accounting, and/or payroll processes (preferred). * Experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis. * Basic/intermediate SQL skills (preferred). * Knowledge of integrations, APIs, or connectors (preferred). * Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication and internal customer orientation. **Work Location:** Torre Polanco, Deleg.
