Additionally, the Operations Support Associate 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operational support in alignment with Citi’s operational processes and supporting infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** * Identify, analyze, and resolve key issues within the assigned area and provide supporting documentation to relevant departments. * Assist in administering various reports, including business reports, the monthly operational report, and business scores, and ensure clear and consistent communication regarding local processes and policies. * Assist in executing and monitoring processes and data, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Organize, develop, and maintain Commercial Review templates, Resolution Planning templates, and Business Continuity templates. * Administer and maintain applications for generating dashboard metrics on process effectiveness. * Monitor compliance requirements related to Corporate Policies. * Monitor and implement corrective actions arising from Manager Control Assessment (MCA) reviews and other control entities. * Perform collections administration activities, including application maintenance, providing support for collections administrative systems, and implementing global and local projects within the collections process. * Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and protecting Citigroup, its customers, and assets by promoting adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations; complying with policy; applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices; and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** * 2–5 years of relevant experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Ability to analyze data and solve problems. * Proven organizational and time management skills. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
