At Nexu, we’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP\&A team and become a true strategic business partner. What You’ll Do: * Build and maintain the 12-month rolling forecast * Lead monthly variance analysis and present findings to the Audit and Finance Committee * Manage and validate the auto loan tape for the automotive credit portfolio * Create executive dashboards in Power BI / Looker * Automate processes using tools such as Claude and Python What We’re Looking For: ✔ 3\-4 years of experience in FP\&A or Corporate Finance ✔ Advanced English (C1\+) ✔ Advanced Excel \+ experience with BI tools ✔ Experience in financial services, fintech, or automotive sectors (preferred) ✔ Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and detail-focused Hybrid work model \| CDMX If you’re passionate about going beyond reporting—and truly influencing the financial strategy of a growing fintech—we want to meet you.
