**Job Summary:**
Responsible for strategic category management and commercial execution for the off-trade NARTD (Non-Alcoholic Ready-To-Drink) channel. Develop and implement category and assortment plans; optimize product mix and shelf space at point-of-sale; drive volume and profitability growth initiatives; and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure execution and achievement of regional commercial objectives.
**Experience Required:**
* 2–3 years in category management (CatMan), trade marketing, or sales within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), preferably in non-alcoholic beverages or ready-to-drink (NARTD) products.
* Experience working with retail chains, distributors, and cash & carry (modern and traditional trade channels within NARTD).
* Development and execution of assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising plans by store format.
* Coordination with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure product availability and execution.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Market and sales data analysis: interpretation of KPIs (sell-out, sell-in, distribution, inventory turnover, average price) to support decision-making.
* Analytical and reporting tools: advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, Nielsen/IRI, or similar platforms is desirable.
* Category management methodologies: space segmentation, price elasticity, planograms, and assortment management.
* CRM tools and commercial management systems for promotion and commercial agreement tracking.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and execute the NARTD category plan aligned with volume, market share, and profitability objectives.
* Define assortments and planograms per store format and customer, proposing space and SKU optimization.
* Analyze performance by point-of-sale and channel; generate recommendations and action plans to improve turnover and distribution.
* Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and agreements with key customers, ensuring compliance with policies and targets.
* Coordinate in-store material and promotional implementation with trade marketing and field teams.
* Monitor promotional impact and adjust tactics to maximize ROI while maintaining profitability.
* Collaborate with logistics and demand planning to ensure optimal stock availability.
* Prepare executive reports and presentations for regional leadership, including insights and action plans.
