Job Summary: We are seeking an ERP Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support to users of financial modules, managing incidents and delivering training. Key Highlights: 1. We are a growing company committed to innovation, e-commerce, and excellence in the customer shopping experience.** **We require** **ERP SUPPORT ANALYST (FINANCE / ACCOUNTING)** You will provide functional and technical support to ERP users, ensuring correct operation of financial modules, as well as efficient handling of incidents, enhancements, and training for key users. **Responsibilities** * Provide support and assistance to internal and external users via tickets and direct interaction (remote and on-site). * Support ERP modules focused on finance, accounting, procurement, and inventory. * Manage incidents, requests, and enhancements, documenting solutions and processes. * Train key users (Key Users) and accompany them during go-live or implementation phases. * Identify areas for improvement in system usage (e.g., cost centers, catalogs, processes). * Escalate technical issues when necessary. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI tool utilization. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of ERP support experience. * Knowledge of financial modules: accounting, treasury, procurement, and inventory. * Experience providing user support (remote and on-site). * Basic/intermediate SQL skills for validation purposes. * Desired knowledge: Integrations, APIs or connectors, support or project management methodologies, and communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. **Work Location:** Torre Polanco, Deleg.
