Collections Analyst Objective: Manage administrative collections for assigned fleet portfolio accounts valued between $20 million and $50 million MXN. Provide customer support for clarifications or requests related to their financing contracts. Key Responsibilities:* Manage collection of current and overdue monthly installments for active financing contracts with Daimler Financial Services via telephone calls, email, ProleaseNet, Procollect, or any other communication channel approved by the company. * Negotiate and secure payment of late fees generated due to client payment delays. * Identify and process collections marked as "suspense", as well as credit balances in Prolease Net and Timer. * Enter all client interactions into the designated system, Procollect, and the WL/PCL tool, timely and accurately. * Attend weekly follow-up meetings with supervisors to report status of managed accounts. * Create Timers promptly according to client requirements. * Address client requests including: + Balance clarifications. + Reconciliation processing. + Handling incoming client calls. + Providing balance statements for prepayments or settlements. + Refunding credit balances. + Providing bank details and references for deposits. + Processing insurance settlements. + Updating client contact information in the system. + Following up on restructuring proposals or support programs. + Manual re-invoicing and manual payment complements. + No-Due Letters. + Invoice Letters. + Settlement Letters. * Escalate accounts to Legal, as applicable, per internal process and policy. * Process write-offs within the system per internal process and policy. Profile:* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * Language(s): English (desirable) * Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in credit and/or collections, preferably within financial services companies managing corporate portfolios. * Required Technical Knowledge: * Client communication and negotiation skills. * Financial statement analysis and interpretation (desirable) * Experience using CRM systems or portfolio management platforms. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams. * Financial products (Direct Credit, Operating Leasing, Finance Leasing) Diversity allows us to employ people with different experiences, abilities and points of view, and that is what enhances our culture and brings us to the forefront among the top global companies.
