**Job Objective:**
Ensure software functions correctly and meets defined requirements by detecting defects before the product reaches end users.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze functional and technical requirements to define test scenarios.
* Design, document, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated).
* Identify, log, and track detected defects.
* Validate fixes and perform regression testing.
* Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure product quality.
* Participate in user story reviews and acceptance criteria discussions.
* Generate test evidence and reporting results.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and methodologies.
* Propose improvements to testing and quality assurance processes.
**Education and Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in software testing.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
* Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
* Desired experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
* Understanding of APIs and service testing (Postman or similar).
* Testing fundamentals: types of tests (functional, regression, smoke, UAT, etc.), test case design techniques.
* Test design and execution: creation of test cases, scenarios, and test matrices.
* Defect management: logging, tracking, and bug documentation.
* Databases: basic SQL queries for data validation.
* C\#, or .Net Frameworks in various versions, or WPF (MVVM), or ASP .Net, or Windows Forms, or ADO
* or Entity Framework, or Lin Automation (desirable): tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
* Version control (basic): Git.
* Basic development knowledge: programming logic (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
**Work Location:** 1ro. de mayo, Naucalpan de Juárez
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm
Work Mode: **100% ON-SITE**
