We are currently seeking our next **Administrative PMO and IT Processes Coordinator**.
**Position Objective**
To coordinate and provide administrative and operational follow-up on IT department projects, processes, and services, ensuring control, order, traceability, and information visibility for the IT Management team, acting as a liaison between technical teams and administrative departments.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate tracking of IT department projects and initiatives.
* Monitor schedules, agreements, risks, and action plans.
* Prepare executive reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and KPIs.
* Document, map, and update processes (Bizagi, Visio or similar tools).
* Standardize formats, controls, and procedures.
* Provide support for agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile).
* Manage documentation, incidents, deliverables, and evidence.
* Administer IT inventory (equipment, licenses, and technological assets).
* Manage vendors, contracts, services, and renewals.
* Track invoicing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payments.
* Support audits and process compliance.
* Coordinate communication between IT and departments such as Finance, Procurement, and HR.
**Requirements**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems, Computer Science, ICTs, or related field.
**Experience:**
* 1+ year in PMO, project management, or administrative coordination
* 2+ years in administrative control, vendor management, or invoicing
* Experience in process documentation and KPIs
**Technical Knowledge**
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel
* Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint)
* Management tools (Jira, Trello, Planner or similar)
* Bizagi, Visio or diagramming tools
* Inventory and license management
* Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
* Power BI (desirable)
* SharePoint / Google Drive / OneDrive
