We seek your professional talent as: ***GENERAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER*** **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum education required: University degree in Accounting (with or without formal graduation). * **Experience:** More than **3 years in general accounting**, preferably in the Construction and/or Distribution sectors. * **Knowledge of:** tax filings, income statements, balance sheets, corporate taxes, invoicing, IMSS transactions, implementation of processes and strategies to streamline accounting procedures. * **Tax Knowledge:** Proficiency in Mexican tax and accounting regulations. * **Analytical Skills:** Ability to interpret financial data. * **Accounting Software:** Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, CONTPAQi, or similar). * **Organization, Accuracy, and Attention to Detail:** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high precision. * Excellent attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment. * **Leadership and Teamwork:** Ability to coordinate teams and foster a culture of continuous learning. **REQUIREMENTS:** Immediate availability to start employment and possession of valid, up-to-date documentation. **Job Responsibilities** \- Coordinate accounting analysts' activities with Management. \- Monitor and control banking information. \- Monitor and control billing (accounts receivable). \- Follow up on accounts receivable. \- Monitor and control supplier registration (accounts payable). \- Review expense reimbursements. \- Review IMSS enrollment and termination transactions. \- Review insurance policies. **What We Offer?** **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * **Monthly NET salary commensurate with knowledge and experience between $16,000 \- $19,000** * Bi-weekly payroll payments (punctual) * Statutory benefits from day one * Corporate benefits * Half-day off on your birthday * Opportunity for professional development and growth * Pleasant work environment: Join a collaborative team and enjoy a positive workplace that promotes well-being and productivity. **Additional Information:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday half-day, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. * Sundays off (fixed). * Workplace location: Benito Juárez, Mexico City (very close to Xola Metro station or Las Américas Metrobús Station \- Line 2\). **INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR UPDATED CV THROUGH THIS CHANNEL.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
