We are a Mexican company specializing in the marketing and manufacturing of baby products, present in the country’s leading supermarket chains. We seek to integrate into our team a Payroll Analyst with a high degree of analytical ability, no prior experience required, but possessing strong motivation for personal, academic, and professional advancement, as well as a genuine eagerness to learn. PROFILE: * Bachelor’s degree or current student in Accounting, Administration, or related field * 0–3 years of experience in a similar position * Age range: 22–50 years RESPONSIBILITIES: * Entering payments into the accounting system * Preparing bank reconciliations * Recording expense accruals * Recording reimbursements and expense verifications * Calculating provisional and final ISR and VAT payments, reconciling ISR and VAT withholdings, ISR withholdings on cash payments, salaries, and salary-equivalents, and rental withholdings * Managing the SAT IDSE portal and the State of Mexico Finance Secretariat portal * Filing informative DIOT declarations * Downloading XML files via mass download system * Recording accounting entries for collections, payroll, and insurance control * Proficiency in Office suite and ASPEL (COI, NOI, SAE) WE OFFER: * Salary of $10,000 * Statutory benefits * Savings fund Work Schedule: Full-time. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Indefinite-term contract.
