Opportunity for recent graduates in finance or administration. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Analyze, control, and monitor financial, administrative, and operational processes related to costs, pricing, vehicle control, warehousing, and financial data validation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, expense control, and profitability of CIEMSA Foodservice operations. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform analysis and validation of price uploads in SAP HANA system. * Determine and analyze profit margins for products stored in warehouse or distribution center. * Review and validate warehousing costs, ensuring charges align with rates agreed upon with suppliers and logistics operators. * Administrative management of vehicle-related procedures and insurance, coordinated with operational and legal departments. * Verify correct payment of commissions. * Prepare financial and administrative reports related to costs, operational controls, and budget tracking. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** **Education** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related field **(RECENT GRADUATES WELCOME)** **Experience** * 1–2 years of experience preferred in: internal audit, finance, or administration. * Experience preferred in: trading or logistics companies. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * SAP HANA or similar ERP system knowledge is desirable. * Knowledge of cost and margin analysis. * Knowledge of inventory management. * Strong numerical analytical ability.
