Job Summary: Manage and optimize the complete database processing cycle to support daily collections operations. Key Highlights: 1. Design and execute information loading processes for operational campaigns. 2. Perform database cleaning and filtering according to the defined strategy. 3. Generate reports and dashboards of key performance indicators. JOB MISSION Manage and optimize the complete processing cycle of client-provided databases, ensuring proper data hygiene, loading, monitoring, and analysis to strategically support daily collections operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES **1. Strategic** · Design and execute the end-to-end information loading process for operational campaigns. · Coordinate necessary tools to ensure operational efficiency (databases, platforms, vendors, etc.). · Define criteria and metrics for campaign tracking. · Identify potential risks and develop mitigation proposals. **2. Operational** · Validate timely receipt of customer and portfolio information. · Perform database cleaning and filtering in accordance with the defined strategy. · Load campaigns onto contact platforms (Blaster, Predictive, SMS, mailing, etc.). · Monitor campaign performance and resolve bottlenecks in real time. · Generate reports and dashboards of key indicators. · Present periodic performance analyses to the Executive Committee. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree * Residency in CDMX **Work Experience:** · Six months of experience as a "dialer" in Collections · Genesys proficiency (Mandatory) · Advanced Excel skills (Mandatory) · Advanced SQL skills (Desirable) · Advanced CRM skills (Mandatory) · Knowledge of telephone collections KPIs (Mandatory) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Interested candidates are invited to apply through this channel.
