At **ODN**, we are looking for committed and organized talent to join our team as a **Driver**. **Job Objective**: Perform deliveries and pickups of documentation, equipment, and other supplies, ensuring accurate administrative and time management while complying with assigned routes. **Rotating Shifts:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Rest on Saturday and Sunday * Tuesday to Saturday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Rest on Sunday and Monday **Requirements** * **Age:** 25 to 40 years old. * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Driver positions. * **License:** Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. **Main Responsibilities** * **Vehicle Inspection:** Conduct daily basic vehicle inspection (fuel, oil, tires, lights) and report mechanical issues. * **Cargo Loading:** Load cargo securely, ensuring fragile items are protected. * **Route Management:** Use software, GPS, or local knowledge to determine the most efficient route and meet scheduled deadlines. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Operate the vehicle strictly in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations. * **Administrative Management:** Deliver materials within scheduled timeframes and manage loading/unloading durations. * **Pickups:** Perform pickups of documentation, equipment, and supplies as assigned. **Knowledge and Skills** * Handling and custody of documentation. * Delivery and pickup protocols. * Basic inventory control and administrative procedures. * Basic use of technological tools and GPS. * Responsibility, punctuality, and service orientation. * Route planning and attention to detail. **We Offer** * Salary: $10,780 gross monthly * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * 100% IMSS contributions. * 4% savings fund. * 35% vacation bonus. * 15 days’ year-end bonus. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Support for life events (birth, marriage, immediate family bereavement). * Birthday day off. * Monthly and quarterly company activities. **Why Join Us?** At Zitro, we continue growing and seek individuals with attitude, commitment, and a desire to develop professionally.
