We are seeking a Claims Analyst to provide support in basic claims process advisory and handling, as well as assistance in information management and case follow-up with employees and distributors, based in Palo Solo, HUIXQUILUCAN. What will be your role? * Receipt and analysis of reimbursement documentation. * Data entry and uploading into the system. * Analysis of invoice validity and adherence to general conditions. * Verification of insureds’ benefits and balances in systems. What are we looking for? * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. * Proficiency in PC use and Microsoft Office suite. * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. * Organized, proactive, and results- and goal-oriented. * Adaptability. * Completed high school diploma / Incomplete bachelor’s degree.
