You will serve as a **brand ambassador**, responsible for ensuring every customer feels welcomed and well attended at all times. **Main Responsibilities:** **Customer Service** * Greet customers warmly, escort them to their tables, and present the menu. * Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service. **Order Taking** * Accurately record food and beverage orders. * Address menu-related questions and make recommendations. **Table Service** * Serve dishes and beverages promptly and orderly, adhering to establishment standards. * Monitor customer satisfaction throughout their entire stay. **Maintenance and Setup** * Set up and prepare tables (cleaning, cutlery, and glassware). * Maintain a clean and immaculate workspace at all times. **Payment Handling** * Prepare bills and process payments in cash, credit card, or via apps. * Handle the cash register responsibly and honestly. **Suggestive Selling** * Promote desserts, coffees, and daily specials to increase average ticket value. **Operational Support** * Assist with packaging orders for delivery platforms. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Teamwork:** Constant coordination with kitchen and bar staff. * **Agility and Speed:** Ability to serve multiple tables simultaneously. * **Composure and Calmness:** Excellent attitude even under pressure. * **Attention to Detail:** Anticipate customer needs (refilling beverages, replacing cutlery, etc.).
