Deviation analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) development **Laboratorios Tornel is seeking a Temporary Production Analyst in San Bartolo – Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **LABORATORIOS TORNEL** Laboratorios Tornel, a 100% Mexican company, is dedicated to the care and well-being of animal health across small, medium, and large species. **We are seeking:** **Production Analyst** **Temporary position due to maternity leave** **Education:** Chemical Engineering | Biotechnology Engineering | Industrial Engineering | Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology | Biochemical Engineering | Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist | Pharmaceutical Engineer | Knowledge in the Medical-Biological and/or Pharmaceutical fields **Knowledge Requirements:** * Monitoring and control of production processes | Coordination with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure compliance with the production plan | Deviation analysis, root cause identification of non-conformities, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) development | Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Responsibilities:** * Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and safety and hygiene regulations. * Know and apply all relevant SOPs for the Production area, including deviation tracking, CAPAs, change control, risk analysis, updates, and preparation thereof. * Review daily entries in production logbooks. * Close and deliver the production/conditioning file, ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP. * Prepare documentation finding reports for inclusion in the product’s Batch Record. * Update and review the Excel database where daily information on bulk and semi-finished product batches is recorded. * Update and review floor-level data for OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculation. * Develop production performance charts to keep personnel informed about their efficiency. * Initiate and/or support SAP purchase requisitions for the department related to stationery and supplies, ensuring the team has all necessary resources for daily operations. **We Offer:** * Salary: $13,000 monthly gross * 15-day year-end bonus * 12 vacation days upon completion of one year * 25% vacation premium * 10% food vouchers * Savings fund: 12.5% * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Life insurance **Work Location:** Naucalpan, State of Mexico, San Bartolo neighborhood **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM **Desired Education Level:** Higher education – degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Pharmaceutical **Skills:** * Proactive * Dynamic * Committed *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69b46c075b00003a0073dad4&source=indeed
