Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sample Administrator with laboratory background to handle sample reception, registration, and management, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Commitment to quality and effective communication **Sample Administrator** Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Industrial Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or related field; intern, incomplete degree holder, or certified technician **Responsibilities:** Receive and carry out the sample reception process. Collect necessary documentation for sample entry into the laboratory. Address client inquiries through the Customer Service Department. Record environmental conditions in the sample storage area. Manage and update records and the database of samples received by the laboratory. Download sample data from the work order. **Knowledge Requirements:** Intermediate proficiency in current versions of NMX-CC-9001-IMNC and NMX-EC-17025-IMNC standards. Knowledge of good documentation practices. Knowledge of good laboratory practices. Identification and documentation of nonconforming work, nonconformities, and follow-up to closure. Preparation of Quality Nonconformance Reports (PNOs). Operation and handling of laboratory equipment, glassware, samples, reagents, and hazardous chemical waste.
