At Fruitex de México, we are seeking talent to fill the position of ***Quality Assurance Inspector*** **We Offer** \* Starting salary from $13,000 MXN per month (gross). \* Weekly payroll payments (every Friday). \* Statutory benefits from day one. \* Grocery vouchers ($630 MXN). \* Optional savings fund. \* Transportation service. \* Cafeteria service (subsidized discount) **Requirements** \> Technical or Engineering degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field. \> Prior experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry. \> **Minimum 1 year of experience in Microbiological Analysis.** \> Knowledge of food regulations, cleaning procedures, food safety, and quality management systems. \> Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and sampling techniques (luminometer/allergens). \> Knowledge of Microbiology and Analysis. \> Understanding of manufacturing processes. \> Mandatory application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). **\>\> Availability to rotate shifts \<\<** **Shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–21:30, and 21:30–06:00.** **Main Responsibilities** \* Inspection and monitoring of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. \* Statistical control, prerequisites, and NOM-025. \* Verification of compliance with GMPs, BPHS, and HACCP. \* Tracking of deviations and/or non-conformities. \* Collection of samples for physical-chemical and microbiological analysis. \* Release of production lines and materials; preparation of analysis reports. \* Verification of scales, thermometers, and other measuring instruments. **Want to Grow With Us?** Apply through this channel or send your CV via WhatsApp to 722 672 4995; inquiries may be directed to Lic.
