Opportunity for growth and learning, with job stability. **Quality Assistant** **Location:** Azcapotzalco, CDMX (near Hospital La Raza) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Job Objective:** Support the execution and monitoring of quality processes, ensuring compliance with standards and food safety in our products. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in quality inspections of products and processes. * Verification of compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP). * Filling and control of quality records. * Support in internal audits and follow-up on findings. * Supervision of storage conditions and inventory. * Reporting of deviations and follow-up on corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality (preferably in food industry). * Basic knowledge of GHP, food safety, and food handling. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$10,000** * **Food vouchers $600** * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for growth and learning * Job stability **Interested candidates:** Apply through this channel.
