




Job Summary: This role involves delivering high-level telephone-based service and advisory support to Premier Advance clients, managing their financial product portfolios, and ensuring their needs are met in alignment with the global HSBC Premier strategy. To view the job, select ‘Español \- ES’ from the language selector in the page menu.** **Purpose of the Role:** To deliver a high standard of telephone-based service and/or advisory support to all Premier Advance clients within the assigned branch portfolio, assisting them in meeting their financial needs. Retain and grow the product portfolio of assigned clients with support from branch colleagues. Maintain service levels in accordance with the global HSBC Premier strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** Management of the Premier Advance client portfolio Increase investment product balances within the assigned client portfolio so that clients meet the minimum capital requirements to qualify as Premier Advance. Analyze and conduct periodic individual reviews of clients to identify needs. Deliver service excellence. Pro\-actively resolve any client issue promptly and effectively, in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner. Advise clients on tailored financial solutions aligned with their needs, such as investment, protection, and credit products, among others. Support "know your customer" (KYC) and file management through the branches where the client’s account is held, in compliance with applicable circulars.
