Request ID: 260232 Join a winning team with a clear purpose, committed to achieving results within an inclusive, high-performance culture. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage collections systems and supporting tools (predictive dialer, WhatsApp, AIT, Cyber, reports, databases, among others). * Prepare and execute daily collections strategies defined by management. * Monitor collections campaigns, identify risks or obstacles, and propose solutions. * Ensure operational continuity during incidents and contingencies by coordinating with technical support teams. * Manage access requests, incidents, and requirements via ServiceNow, CAS, and Help Desk. * Prepare, validate, and distribute executive reports for the Collections Directorate. * Administer inbound and outbound contact channels (calls, SMS, email, blasters, etc.). * Document processes and participate in improvement and digital transformation projects. ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Administration, or related field. * Experience in infrastructure, operations, or systems support areas. * Advanced knowledge of Excel, databases, and SQL (SAS is desirable). * General understanding of regulations and processes related to collections. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Pregnancy and HIV testing are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.** **Scotiabank is an inclusive employer that respects diversity and does not discriminate in any form.** Location(s): Mexico : Ciudad de México : Cuauhtémoc Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
