




We are seeking a baker with passion for the craft and excellence in execution. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in artisanal baking. · 3 years of experience in high-end culinary environments. · Preparation of creams, ganaches, glazes, ice creams, and sorbets. * Proficiency in natural fermentation processes (sourdough starter). * Solid knowledge of pastry: lamination, shaping, and baking of croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon rolls, etc. * Ability to work with precision, cleanliness, and organization. * Capacity to follow recipes, production standards, and timeframes. * Positive attitude and teamwork skills. * Familiarity with all equipment in a professional kitchen, such as mixers, stand mixers, and dough sheeters. * Knowledge of food safety practices. * Excellent time management skills. * Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced work environment. * Team spirit and customer orientation. * Flexibility to work early-morning shifts. * Culinary school certification is a plus. Responsibilities: * Daily production of sourdough breads and pastry items. * Maintenance and feeding of sourdough starter cultures. * Lamination, shaping, and technical baking. * Monitoring fermentation and baking times. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Contributing ideas and process improvements when required.
