Position Summary: We are seeking bakers with experience in artisanal baking and knowledge of sourdough, laminated doughs, and various types of ovens. Key Highlights: 1. Use and understanding of sourdough and laminated dough processes. Knowledge of deck ovens, rotary ovens, and convection ovens.
