(Graduated or intern). \- Age: 25 to 35 years old. \- Availability: Full-time, with flexibility to handle emergency situations. \- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in maritime, air, and land customs agencies. Responsibilities: \- Document Management: Receipt, review, and control of documents required for customs operations. \- Shipment Coordination: Monitoring and timely tracking of shipments, ensuring compliance with timelines and requirements. \- Preparation and Validation of Customs Entries: Creation of proformas and accurate validation of customs entries, as well as their correct payment. \- Expense Account Control: Supervision and recording of expenses associated with each operation. \- Operational Follow-up: Continuous monitoring of operations (type of operation, delivery, shipment status). \- File Assembly: Organization and maintenance of complete and updated digital files for each operation.
