Job Description: We are looking for a **Maritime Operations Team Leader** to lead and coordinate a team focused on **import and export processes**. Responsibilities: * Supervise and monitor the performance of the operations team. * Listen to calls and provide constructive feedback. * Train and mentor new team members. * Ensure compliance with **KPIs** and service standards. * Collaborate with other departments and follow up on incidents. Requirements: * Minimum **2 years leading work teams** (5 or more people). * **Advanced English**, both spoken and written. (The second interview is 100% in this language) * **4 years of experience** in the logistics sector, preferably in **maritime freight forwarding**. * Excellent **communication, organizational, and decision-making skills**. * Knowledge of air operations is desirable.
