Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to install, configure, and maintain sensors on heavy vehicles, as well as perform 3D design of parts and prepare technical reports. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and configuration of sensors on heavy vehicles. 2. 3D design of mounting and protective parts. 3. Mechanical and electrical diagnosis and repair. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in automotive mechanics, mechatronics, electromechanics, or related field. * Desired courses in automotive electronics, telemetry, or computer-aided design. **Technical Knowledge:** * Installation of pressure, temperature, level, speed, and telemetry sensors on heavy-duty units. * Automotive electrical and electronic diagnostics. * Interpretation of electrical schematics and technical manuals. * Proficiency with 3D design software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar). * Use of measurement tools and workshop equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Install and configure sensors on tractor-trailers, buses, and heavy machinery. * Design mounting and protective parts in 3D according to project requirements. * Conduct functional tests and system calibration. * Identify faults and perform mechanical and electrical repairs. * Prepare technical reports for installation and maintenance.
