Bid Coordinator

**Job Description:** We are a growing company with over 18 years of experience in high-impact projects. We are strengthening our Bidding Department and seeking a strategic leader passionate about results and capable of building robust bidding processes from scratch to ensure a high success rate in public tenders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and structure the Bidding Department, including developing manuals, procedures, and guidelines. * Coordinate the full lifecycle of federal and local public tenders: identification, preparation, submission, and follow-up. * Analyze the feasibility of each tender in collaboration with the Cost Department, generating projections and financial reports for Executive Management. * Represent Grupo Balle before government authorities, end clients, surety providers, and strategic partners. * Implement control dashboards and continuous improvement practices within the department. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in federal and local public tenders. * In-depth knowledge of public procurement regulations. * Proficiency in tender platforms (Compranet, state-level and municipal platforms). **We Offer:** * A challenging project: build and lead a strategic, growing department. * Direct involvement with the General Director and Operations Director. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience: $28,000 to $30,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development plan within a high-performance culture company. ***WORK LOCATION: JARDINES DEL PEDREGAL, ÁLVARO OBREGÓN, CDMX*** ***Mandatory: Must reside no more than 1 hour away from this location*** If you are interested in this position, please apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly.
