A leading global retail company is seeking talent for the following position: **Import Analyst** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Advanced English (conversational and written) **MANDATORY** Three years of experience in a similar position. **Responsibilities:** **Track the product import process and all ongoing shipments to Mexico. (Documentation, timelines, etc.)** Create purchase orders to plants and subsequently to distribution centers. Ensure the proper functioning of picking, preparation, and dispatch processes at the 3PL. Ensure quality for every order dispatched from the warehouse, guaranteeing fulfillment of the service promise to customers. Monitor last-mile distribution processes for B2B and B2C channels in coordination with transportation companies. Track on-time delivery to our customers, including documentation and quality compliance.
