Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Executive for a private hospital, responsible for telephone and in-person sales of medical services, providing quotations, and promoting timely service delivery. Job stability and development opportunities **PRESTIGIOUS PRIVATE HOSPITAL SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIRECT-TO-PATIENT SALES EXECUTIVE.** We seek a professional responsible for customer service and hospital service sales—primarily via telephone and in person—for surgeries, maternity care, health check-ups, etc., providing quotations, additional information, and promoting timely service delivery and efficient communication to achieve the hospital’s assigned revenue and productivity goals. **FUNCTIONS:** * Achieve sales targets. * Understand the market. * Generate and maintain customer relationships. * Handle problems or crises. * Provide consultation to customers. * Negotiate with customers. * Follow up on prospects and report on request closures and sales. * Communicate and send quotations for products to facilitate the sales process. * Follow up on prospects to close sales. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience in customer service and/or sales within the healthcare sector (2 years of experience preferred). * SAP proficiency (preferred). **KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:** * Commercial aptitude * Professional communication skills * Telephone communication skills * Customer orientation **WE OFFER** * Job stability * Punctuality bonus and attendance bonus * Development opportunities * Professional and collaborative work environment Salary: $15,400.00 - $17,260.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
