This position will be responsible for optimizing inventory, aligning demand and supply, leading the S\&OP process, and transforming data into actionable insights that impact costs, service level, and inventory turnover. It is a highly cross-functional role, involving daily collaboration with Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics—as well as interaction with 3PLs and suppliers. **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day** * Develop and execute inventory strategy using data analytics and statistical models aligned with commercial strategy. * Analyze demand, commercial forecast, and financial targets to ensure a consistent and viable supply plan. * Classify products based on volume, value, demand volatility, and strategic importance—defining differentiated inventory strategies. * Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory levels, identifying variances and action plans. * Identify and manage excess and obsolete inventory through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead the S\&OP process, ensuring alignment among Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations. * Identify and drive improvement projects focused on service level, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. * Maintain and cleanse planning master data in systems to ensure reliable results. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, supply chain, logistics, inventory, or distribution. * Experience working with 3PLs and operational processes. Participation in or leadership of S\&OP processes. * Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities. * Analytical thinking, structured approach, and ability to clearly communicate insights. * Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate multiple departments. **What You’ll Find in This Role** A strategic role with direct impact on inventory, costs, and service level.
