Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and disciplined professional to verify the progress and continuity of construction programs while controlling quality, cost, and schedule. Key Highlights: 1. You will be responsible for verifying construction program progress and ensuring its continuity, as well as verifying and controlling the quality, cost, and schedule of all activities performed in accordance with established requirements. You will review topographic drawings to ensure compliance with stipulated standards and correct them in AutoCAD as needed. Additionally, you will prepare and review construction details and specifications for ongoing projects. We offer a monthly gross fee ranging from $23,000.00 to $24,500.00 MXN, depending on experience and competencies. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory:** Experience in natural gas pipeline construction **Residence:** Must reside in or near (maximum 30-minute commute) CDMX **Age:** No restriction **Gender:** No restriction **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in hydrocarbon sector projects, specifically in natural gas pipeline construction **Skills and Knowledge:** **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office \- 80 % * Proficiency in AutoCAD \- 90 % * Proficiency in Microsoft Project \- 90 % * Knowledge of unit pricing \- 50 % **Knowledge Areas:** * National and international regulations governing construction processes. * Standards for pipeline design and engineering (ASME and API). * Risk analysis in the hydrocarbons sector. * Regulatory frameworks of ASEA, CRE, STPS, and SENER. * Interpretation of pipeline design and engineering drawings. * Project cost control. * Cost estimation. * Response to ISO audits related to construction. * Construction site management. Full-time availability and readiness for frequent travel; valid driver’s license required.
