We use automation and artificial intelligence to help investors and tax advisors understand, automate, and optimize tax management for financial investments — in real time. ### **Position: Administrative Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Internal control of administrative processes * Management and control of invoices * Information analysis * Database handling and updating * Corporate client service * Preparation of Excel reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cross-referencing) * Account filling and control * Configuration and control of administrative records (setups) **Profile:** * Organized individual * Strong attention to detail * Proactive with analytical capability **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration or related field) – Degree holder * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (technical test will be administered) * Minimum one-year stable work experience per employment **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Mode: On-site * Statutory benefits * Competitive salary **Application:** Apply, ensuring you include clear professional experience and contact details.
