Being part of a team passionate about hospitality **BAR ASSISTANT** Location: Nápoles / WTC, CDMX Full-time At **Debarbas**, we seek an energetic, quick, and service-oriented individual to join our bar team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assisting in beverage and cocktail preparation * Setting up and cleaning the bar station * Washing and organizing glassware * Restocking supplies (ice, fruits, syrups, beer, spirits, etc.) * Supporting basic production tasks (cutting, garnishing, and pre-preparation) * Maintaining constant order and cleanliness in the area * Assisting bartenders during peak hours * Adhering to procedures and responsible product handling **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurants, cafés, or bars (preferred) * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) * Quick, organized, and proactive individual * Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team * Responsible and punctual * Residing relatively close to the location (preferred) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary + tips * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for growth within the group We are seeking someone eager to learn, grow, and become part of a team passionate about hospitality.
