Job Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst to prepare and analyze construction budgets, participate in technical and financial proposals, and integrate concept catalogs. Key Highlights: 1. Integration of concept catalogs across various specialties **UNIT PRICE ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Age: 20–40 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: Civil Engineer or Architect (degree holder) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in unit pricing and the construction sector * Proficiency in NEODATA for price analysis * Experience in public and private construction tenders and project administration * Knowledge of construction materials **Responsibilities:** · Prepare and analyze unit prices and budgets for construction projects (matrices, work items, unit prices) using both Excel and NEODATA. · Participate in the preparation of technical and financial proposals · Integrate concept catalogs across various specialties · Review and validate construction volumes · Reconcile with suppliers and clients · Compile indirect cost analyses **Skills:** * Proactive * Assertive * Organized * Strong sense of urgency **Salary:** $12,000–$18,000 *(Based on experience)* **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM *(Saturday half-day)* Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term NEODATA, Excel, Revit, AutoCAD Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Relocation/Moving Ability: * 50010, San Lorenzo Tepaltitlán Centro, Méx.: Able to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation before starting employment (Preferred) Travel Availability: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
