Position Summary: We are seeking an SAP Basis Expert Consultant to join a global project, leading upgrades, S/4HANA conversions, and resolution of complex technical issues in SAP systems. Key Highlights: 1. Lead SAP S/4HANA system conversions from ECC. 2. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in SAP. 3. Plan and execute SAP system upgrades across various environments. At **Horizonte Empresarial**, we are looking for a highly qualified **SAP Basis Expert Consultant** to join a major global project with a foreign company. If you possess strong technical expertise in SAP architecture, complex upgrades, system copies, and S/4HANA conversions, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute SAP system upgrades (NetWeaver, EHP, SPS, Kernel) in development, quality, and production environments. * Lead SAP S/4HANA system conversions from ECC (including pre\-checks, simplification item analysis, and remediation of custom code). * Use specialized tools such as SUM (Software Update Manager), Maintenance Planner, DMO (Database Migration Option), and SPAM/SAINT. * Perform OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions, and HANA database upgrades. * Execute system copies (*System copies*), client copies (*Client copies*), and general upgrades. * Conduct conversion mock-ups (*mock conversions*), pilot tests (*dry runs*), and *cutover* planning for productive migrations. * Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during and after upgrade/conversion processes. * Maintain detailed technical documentation of procedures and lessons learned. **Profile Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 7 years of verifiable hands-on experience with SAP Basis. * **Mandatory practical experience:** S/4HANA version and *release* upgrades. * **Key tools:** Advanced proficiency in SUM, Maintenance Planner, DMO, SPAM/SAINT. * **Desirable:** Experience with ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) will be considered a plus. * **Language:** Technical/advanced English (for reading documentation and collaborating in global environments). **We Offer:** Offer: * Hybrid work model with office hours aligned to CDMX time zone. * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (meal vouchers, family IMSS coverage, voluntary savings plan, 30-day Christmas bonus, PTU payment) * Offer negotiable based on expectations (MXN 30,000 to 90,000 gross monthly)
